Bought a used laptop on eBay for 41 bucks. Did I get a good deal?

I bought a Dell Precision M2800 with a 3Ghz i7-4610M; an AMD Firepro 4170M; 16GB ram (not sure if DDR3 or DDR4); Samsung 500GB SSD and a fresh install of Windows 10. It is certified refurbished, and not heavily used before that. Everything is supposed to work, and it comes with the power cord. I won it on a no reserve auction from the eBay arm of a computer refurbishment store that has 99% positive feedback across 4984 different instances of feedback. It will be used mainly for: word processing and internet browsing while traveling. But I'd also like to do some very light video/photo editing, and play some of my older and not super intensive steam titles while traveling. This will not be my main rig; I already have a quite beefy main desktop I use while at home.
