Can't withdraw BTC from LocalBitcoin

I am trying to withdraw my BTC, it says I can "send up to 0 BTC" even though I have a balance on the website. I am a crypto noob so any help would be appreciated.

Edit:

From LocalBitcoins support desk: "You can withdraw your funds via account deletion. You will be asked to provide an external wallet address, in case you have any funds on your account, these will be sent to this address once the account is deleted (after this 14 days period)." ..Thoughts on this??
