clubs in nz that aren’t run by criminals?

hello all, i’m getting into pole dancing and i’m thinking about trying to get into the industry but like.. majority of the clubs here are basically run by criminals, any chance anyone here knows of one that doesn’t steal from their workers or /attack them with bug zappers/
