Electrician asked me to get a 2 inch strike for a conduit

I’ve gone to Home Depot, Mclendons and I can’t figure out what the piece is. I have found a conduit that is plastic 2 inches, a metal one that is 1 inch only and none that say strike. Any help? This is to help with our sagging power line sagging so low it’s touching our gutter.
