New Mega Tinfoil Hat Theory

After talking with both Friends and other people from the 1st post and new theory popped up that I’d like to share.

The Consensus was the governing body of the City to keep a level head of the people which Consisted of the Vanguard Leaders, Faction Leaders and The Speaker. However, only Ikora and Zavala Remain, only 2 of the Magic’s Number 7 remain.

However, what if a new Consenus was born and instead of governing the City, it Governs those who Rally under the Traveler and The Light.

Key leaders come into mind when I first thought of this that would be Ikora, Zavala, Osiris, Mara Sov, Missraks and Caital.

Mara Sov is a big If because she only respects those who see power in both Light and Dark in harmony.

Hypothetically if she is apart of this new Consensus that would be only six, and most of us knows that bungie loves their magic number 7.

If you aren’t already furiously typing how bullshit this theory is, Sit Down and get ready because I’m about to really make you mad….

This part is why I want you to read my 1st theory, The 7th member of this new Consensus could be Savathûn. I have stated most of the evidence for this in the 1st post but this is was ties it together for me.

SAVATHÛN WAS ON THE CONSENSUS FOR THE WHOLE YEAR OF BEYOND LIGHT!

My thinking is that of our new allies, specifically their leaders in the Coalition being on this consensus. Even though Savathûn is a god of our mortal enemies her knowledge, granted if she tells the truth could be a very useful asset to have against the Witness.
