Any pairing recommendations for a greek salad?

Normally I do a Sav Blanc: NZ or Sancerre. But I’m looking for an alternative today. I’m in the NYC metro area so my local availability is pretty decent.

I’d assume something Greek would be ideal but it’s not an area I’ve started exploring yet.
