Is there anyway to overhaul the fertility issues in lumpinous pregnancy/relationship overhaul.

Don’t get me wrong I love the realness of not all sims being super fertile and getting pregnant every time they look at each other. But literally every adult couple I have has “fertility issues” and they can’t get pregnant. Or they do and lose the baby. And i would like to be able to adjust the percentage of low fertility within my sims.
