Cookie Cutter Walls Separating - Tightening Belts Didn't Help

Hi again! I'm back with yet another problem. I really hope someone can help with this... But for some reason, the walls on my cookie cutters print out beautifully, but the walls just won't adhere to each other. See attached image. Things I've already tried:

Adjust nozzle temp (210C) - Adjust nozzle speed (45 mm/s) - Material Flow (105%) - Layer Height (0.3) - Line Width (0.5) - Wall Thickness (1.5) - Wall Count (3) - Minimum Wall Line Width (1.0) - Fill Density (80) - Infill Pattern (Lines) - Retract Before Outer Wall - Fan Speed (30)

I've tightened both belts and played with most of these settings every which way for the past 3 days and nothing seems to work.
