/r/bboy - What would you find useful to be added to the side-bar?

Hey all!

As we approach 1k users, I was thinking maybe we could add some stuff to the side-bar to be more resourceful/convenient. I was just wondering if you all had any ideas about what might be interesting or useful to be added to the side-bar?

Some things I've thought of:

  1. Links to popular (free?) video tutorials on how to learn.
  2. Compile a thread of 'must listen' to tracks/artists/mix tapes.
  3. Upcoming events? (Probably not unless the subreddit were to get very large... the upkeep to update this in side-bar would probably not be worth it at this current scale)
  4. Similar to #2, a thread about 'must watch' movies/clips to educate about our culture.
  5. A community written FAQ about what breakin' is and how it is a sub-culture of hip-hop... but detail elements of breakin' and how to get started.
  6. Links to resources about breakin' history, and maybe its different sub-styles.

That's all I've got. Anyone else have suggestions or feedback (agree/disagree?) please reply!

Edit:
Another thing that was previously suggested here a while back was to have theme days, where we are encouraged to post things related to a specific topic based on the day. The example used was 'move mondays' I believe, where we posted about moves and we gave each other advise to learn. (Credits to Tora).

Another suggestion from WomboComboo was for the subreddit to have a song a week where we would record ourselves rocking the beat and post the video to see how we all interpret the music differently. (Maybe this could go along with #2 from above)
