Hello everyone! Seeing as the Halloween sale is on steam right now I decided to go take a look and discovered that both BioShocks are on sale for only ten dollars. I've heard some really good things about this game and I am considering buying it. What do you guys/girls thing I should do?

Haven't played the second one yet, but the first one is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend you play it for any price, even more so for ten bucks.

Oh absolutely. They are fantastic! Also if you haven't heard about the plot of the first, do your best to stay away from spoilers, because it's one of the coolest plots I've ever seen in a game.
I bought both Bioshocks new for $60 each, or $120 total.
So do I think it would be a good deal for $10?
Absolutely, especially so if you like that sort of genre.

Honestly there's so much that works for both games you sort of just have to play them. Bioshock has an amazing atmosphere, story, and unique idea, while Bioshock 2 improves on the combat mechanics and thrusts you into Rapture again from a completely new and fresh perspective.

Borderlands 2? :P Anyways based on these comments I'm getting I guess I'm definitely getting the games.
Haha sorry folks, edited that out for you. But yes, both are definitely worth playing at $10 each, Bioshock 1 mostly so I believe. They both hold up very well, too.
