What to do with an onyx boox that has a broken screen? (beyond repairing)

I got a poke3 that got the screen broken. I don't know if anybody has used it for other purposes beyond an e-ink tablet? I can imagine like a linux server for example. Any ideas?

I got another ebook reader so I don't want to spend 100+ dollars just to fix it.
