PS5 Subtitles Issue

Every time I turn subtitles on while using the PS5 app, they turn off when the next episode starts. Any tips to keep subtitles on permanently?

I turned closed captioning on within the PS5 settings, but this didn’t help…

Also, this seems to be an issue with dubbed content only.
