Advice: Is this job a scam?

This company reached out to me via email saying they reviewed my resume and they think I would like this job opportunity. In the email, there was an attached PDF with all the information regarding the Remote Purchasing Manager position that would get paid $55/hour. I never applied for this company so I assumed they saw my resume on Indeed or another platform. I am graduating next month so I am still fairly new to all this, but this doesn't seem right. I was told to download the Chatwork app and request the interview manager there and message him. I messaged him and immediately after he asked if I could interview right now. I said I could only do Thursday or Friday and he sent me a time for Thursday.

I can't find the person that emailed me or the interview manager anywhere online. The company is a large healthcare services company, so conducting interviews through a Chat app doesn't seem right. They haven't asked for any personal information, but I am a little hesitant about going through with this interview on Thursday. Has this happened to anyone else?
