Heyyy I got a question about youtube
I have a youtube channel named "TopNotch Programmer" and I want to re-brand the channel name to "Redian Marku". Do you think this will have a big impact on my audience? For good or for worse?

It depends on what kind of content you want to make. I looked at your channel and you mostly seem to focus on programming-related content, like ChatGPT and AI. Great job on the channel, by the way, dude! Good editing and setup. Hundreds of views a day and 11K subscribers is a good sign you have an active audience.
But, as I was saying, your current name works for the content you upload. If you plan on uploading content more centered around you and your own personality, or content that is different (like self-improvement, given you're posting on this sub), I would recommend changing it to Redian Marku. Your audience likely knows your name, given it's in the description of the channel.
Overall, depends on the content. If you're going to continue with ChatGPT, social media and AI, keep it as TopNotch Programmer. If you're changing it up, change it to your name. It's all about relevance to the content.
