I am interested in streaming myself playing Keno when I come to visit and I was wondering if anyone knew of any small casinos that are okay with you doing so?

Most if not ALL Casinos will not allow you to take Pics, Video, or for that matter stream, Worked as a Slot Tech for over 10 years and have seen my fair share of people being asked to stop, and if they dont they where escorted out
Casinos have a fairly strict no recording policy. If you aren't making it obvious you can get away with it.
Ask a Casino host or management. They'll all be able to tell you about their policy better than we can. Never hurts to make a couple quick calls.
Bordertown Casino
if they see it they will make u stop/ ask to leave
