The worst implication of this, is not that this actually happens, but that it MAY happen. I do not know how expensive detransition can get, but I am guessing it will mean at least a few surgeries. That is quite an expensive add-on to companies who want to cover trans health, and as such they are more likely to not cover it.
What is "trans care"?

Is "gender dysphoria" like "body Dysmorphic Disorder" (BDD) ?
No. They're different.
In what way? Specifics?
They're the same thing. Just Google it next time, you're an adult.
That's odd. Somebody else said "they're different". Hmmmmmmm.
Lots of things that we offer cisgender people for what is considered gender affirming care. Things like breast reduction/enhancement, hormone therapy, visitations with mental health experts, etc. To even begin transitioning medically, you have to consult a lot of medical professionals.
What is "google?"

How do trans kids relate to employee healthcare for adults, exactly?

Florida is just going all in on the fascism. I have some extend LGBTQ+ family down there and it kills me. He is trans and I just felt so bad for him and his friends however they are part of a vocal group that refuse to leave.
