My new PC with Samsung evo 980 pro opens really slow

I recently bought a new PC with the following specs:

- Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D

- GPU: GeForce RTX 4080 16 GB

- SSD: 2 TB Samsung EVO 980 PRO (7000-5100 MB/s)

- RAM: Kingston Fury Beast DDR5-5200 MHz 32 GB

However, I am experiencing an issue when I power on the PC. The fans start spinning and the GPU's lights turn on, but my monitor does not detect any connection. It displays a message saying "no signal detected," and this lasts for at least one minute. After that, the DisplayPort connects, my Bluetooth keyboard connects to the PC, and it starts up really fast (around 10 seconds).

I used both win 10 and win 11 and it was just the same.

I dont know if the problem is my motherboard or SSD or GPU. I ran a diagnostic test through Samsung Magician program and everything was fine. I really dont know what else i can do.
