Friends not letting me pay

My girlfriends and I are going to Whitefish, Montana for my bachelorette.

I arranged the airbnb and divided the cost to include me (so paid my share).

I have made it very clear that I do not want anyone paying for me for the other things on the trip, and I want to contribute. They are refusing.

So I just accept it? Arrange something special while there? Secretly take care of a dinner?

Of the friends coming, two were married before I met them, one eloped, one's bachelorette was cancelled due to covid (I know we were covering a bunch of stuff for her, but not exactly sure what the breakdown was), and one is single .
