PNW Early Season Spray recommendation

Willamette Valley, 800ft elevation. Relative newcomer, my 3rd season with about 1/3 acre of mostly Pinot Noir. My buds are just starting to swell, as this is the first real warmth we've had all season. I had a lot of issues with powdery mildew last year and I'm trying to get ahead of it. Uspest disease model will ratchet up to the danger zone over the next few days and I'm thinking I should spray. My local ag service recommends Purespray Green (stylet oil) at 2-4" of growth, which I'm not even close to. My other idea was dandelion tea + a little micronized sulfur. Or perhaps because i'm in such an early stage of growth I should hold off for another week or two?

Do a early oil (1%) twice 2 weeks apart to stop chasmthesia. You can add copper norshield or nordox at label rate. This will reduce black spot and phomosis. Then go into sulfur when it warms up and us more effective.

Micronutrients pre flow (20-30cm) will reduce disease. Mn is good against PM.

Im running oil and Nordox for my first 2 sprays. It’s growing faster than we can get around!

I usually start spraying around 6-8 inches. Where there was history of powdery I think it’s a good idea to get an early start, 2-3 inches is a good marker. I would hit them early with either 1% oil or 3lbs sulfur. The most important thing will be to keep on tight spray intervals during shoot growth over the next few weeks.

Completed my first spray over the weekend, did a mix of oil + copper. The label directions for the oil says not to tank mix copper and oil more than once per season, so I'll probably hit it again with just oil in 2 weeks. Should be at 5-10 cm about then. Might try a dandelion tea with the oil, figure it's not going to hurt anything. Or maybe a dandelion tea spray on its own in between?
