Does this look like wet filament? This just started happening when I switched rolls. Bottom layer looked perfect prior to this

I've had this issue with PLA+ recently. In my case it was pushing out too much filament for the floors and infill. I just decreased the flow rate a bit and it was a lot better.
How you gonna make a post asking if its wet filament and not even post your filament type and manufacturer. You definitely got some issues tho, probably not wet filament

Oh no problem, I'm also no expert and have not many clues. That is a mystery... Have a look at the wheels running along the x and y, check for obstructions. Also there's a concentric nut on the hotend gantry. Tighten that up.. Make sure there's no wobble on your hotend. Report back

It’s fine

When i got my dual z upgrade it fixed an issue that looked similar, but the positioning was a bit different to yours. Another thing to try is lowering the temp. Higher temp can make those furrows.. i like them as they provide better vertical adhesion. Everything is melting together nice.. but might not look the best. We'd need to know the filament to know if that's an issue. Pla or petg , no... Nylon possibly, but it also looks different.. wet nylon looks like all potchy, kind of like it was krisped, little holes everywhere, like solid ashworm... Yours doesn't look like that at all. So no. Warped bed maybe. How do you fix a warped bed? Tinfoil? No idea.
