I would recommend trying to get the imperial fed for cores on India to fix manpower, and then you can also get eu for the industry of Europe (Note: if you invade USA and annex it you can form North American Dominion, and then get cores on all of the usa and Canada through imperial fed)

Easily, but a bit of preparation will be needed though. First you’re gonna want to annex Italy (just send them convoys) and form EU, that’ll secure manpower issues. Probably best to not call India into the war either, but if manpower returns to being a problem shore up the Indian front lines and try and do the imperial conference I guess. India is the vital one here, but if you’ve got the American dominion then they’re also good
