Am I in trouble with visa/airport

Hello. Im currently in Thailand, and my visa expires the 13th. I bought a ticket from krabi to denmark, leaving krabi at 8.30pm the 13th, but its doing a landing in bangkok for 3 hours, until 1am the next day (14th). I just realized that it exceeds my visa. I didnt buy the two flights separate, but bought it as 1 flight with 1 stop in thai airways. Do I need to change dates, or can I use the same one if I dont check out of the airport/check in before midnight? I hope my problem makes sense. Thank you
