More weird symptoms

I'm on 10mg Meth and I've been happy to see my weight loss stabilize and my eyes getting better. However now I've developed a nerve twitch under my left eye (going on for 3 days) and I've been having episodes of sharp, stabbing pain on the right side of my head.
Another weird thing: swollen knees for no reason whatsoever.
What's going on with this craziness, ladies & gents?
I feel like my body is failing me, and I'm stunned.

I have had random eye twitching well before Graves. I can't remember what the cause of it is.

If both knees are actually swollen, that is not related to Graves’ or methimazole, & you should probably get that checked out.

My eyes definitely twitched a lot and I did get that stabbing pain. The knees I dont have. Could be arthritis?

I have eye twitching as well but every forum I searched suggested that it has nothing to do with Graves’.

I mentioned this to my endocrinologist again today who said that actually it might have something to do with Graves'.

Muscle strain in your eyes is typically what results in the twitching. My left eye does that and once I became more stable it stopped or didn’t do it often.

Does elevating your legs help at all? I'll admit, I don't think I deal with that, but I've had twitchy eyes and stabby head pain for ages and my go-to solution is my prescription sunglasses. (I also have a daith piercing in one ear, which some people say helps with migraines in about 50% of folks and its definitely reduced the pain I have on that side of my head)
