Need some networking help for hosting Medium scale LAN Tournament.

I am planning to host Med. scaleValorant LAN in my city, but I m confused about networking equipments required for hosting this LAN. We will have 10PCs for TvT matches and 3-5 PC for broadcasting. The main problem is in my country the maximum bandwidth an ISP give is 1gbps and we want exact 3gbps for match PCs and 3gbps for broadcasting PCs. I heard about Load Balancer but it works good on multi server connections or P2P sharing connections.
