Drivers of Sherwin: How bad is the vehicle situation at your branch?

We have 3 vehicles at our branch. All of which have over 100k miles and are nearly 10 years old. Front tires on all of them are quite worn with very uneven wear and all 3 have windshields that are so cracked that visibility is impacted. None of them have Bluetooth and one still has to be locked with the key itself. One of the transits has several electronic issues and won’t even shut off when the key is removed and the doors locked. We have had a new transit on order that’s is said to be ready at the beginning of each month since November. Anyone else have vehicles in such disrepair as our branch?
