Still deactivated from Uberx because my drivers license in my old state expired. I had been driving in my new state for almost a year before this happened.

I requested Checkr reopen the investigation since I relocated and don’t live in California anymore. They asked me to update the license in the Uber app which I did right away even though it’s already there, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to drive for the past year. However today they have informed me that Uber needs to share the document with them in order to proceed. I contacted Uber and they told me that I need to reach out to Checkr. After hours of back and fourth between the two we’re at a stalemate and no one is budging. Checkr says Uber needs to send the document, Uber says I need to contact Checkr, so yeah here we are. I’m seriously considering legal action at least to collect lost wages because everyday that I don’t work I am losing money.

TLDR: Checkr says Uber needs to share the document with them, Uber says fuck off reach out to Checkr. Meanwhile I’m still not driving due to what is basically a clerical error. I might lawyer up.
