Should I go into teaching?

I see posts here every day about how shitty this profession can be and teachers not being happy. I want to go into teaching, writing, or something in the sciences. I want to honestly know if teaching is worth it. I could see myself being fulfilled, but I struggle with my mental health already (working on it), and I could see that being an issue. For context, I want to teach high school English or history. Thanks for reading!
