Import cost zpacks duplex

Hello, simple but direct question I cant seem to find anywhere. Im looking for a first hand account of the all in cost (duties, taxes, exchange fees) of your zpacks duplex. If you have a date as well, that would be great so I can look up the exchange at that time.
