A few things:
Unlike Amarr, Gallente can turn in both Transport Relay and Stellar Transmuter cores, and transmuter cores are much cheaper on the market, probably closer to 105 billion on those assuming ~15m/Transmuter core
OP looks to have rolled exceedingly unlucky on the loyalty tokens, ~70,000 tokens over 71 crates is a bit less than 1,000 tokens(100 million isk) per crate, which is below the average considering that the crates seem to roll randomly between 500(50 million) and 3,500(350 million) tokens and you’d expect an average roll higher than 100m/crate in pure tokens. I’ll say that anecdotally it seems weighted towards the lower end of that scale relative to the mathematical average of 2,000 tokens/crate but after our group had the range figured out we kind of stopped tracking the individual drops because it’s a pain in the ass to do and not really pertinent because we’re RP’ers and are frankly going to do the event regardless of what the rewards are.
Estimated price is fucked as a general rule and especially so for the event drugs which make up a significant portion of the value of the crates. Fed defense boosters in particular are pretty valuable because they, to my knowledge, are one of very few additive effects in the game that give a bonus to hull tank, and in general the event drugs are awesome because they have unique slots and stack with your typical Agency/Tank/Application drug combo, allowing you to take for example: 2 damage drugs(Pyro+Projection(which is an effective damage bonus on account that you rarely get to fight in max damage ammo’s optimum range and range bonuses let you use your high damage ammo in a wider envelope)) plus 2 tank drugs(Blue Pill/Exile+Defense booster)) plus application drug(Drop/Sooth Sayer/Frentix/Crash) plus(I think) 2 speed drugs(Mobility booster+(I think there’s no interfering slots)Quafe Zero or Quafe Green Apple) and of course you can stack on whichever Halcyon and AIR boosters you may have.
I appear to have digressed somewhat, I really like drugs.
OP looks like they rolled very unlucky on Pyro IV drops. I’m guessing that the inventory is sorted by type so the Pyro in the screenshot would be in order of I, IV, II, III meaning that OP got either one roll of 5 Pyro IV or two smaller rolls. Pyro IV drops are obviously very valuable and can swing values wildly but I would expect to see(anecdotally) at least 50% more than OP got with a chance of more upside than that.
OP rolled about as well as the worlds largest brick on the faction drugs. The IV’s are the most valuable drugs obviously, and OP only rolled Electronics IV with electronics being the least valuable of the lot because they buff secondary ewar. Gallente’s electronics boosters are probably best of the bunch because damps are today what ECM used to be and are almost always welcome, but it remains a fact that Defense, Damage, and Projection IV’s are way more valuable, with mobility a bit behind those three but far ahead of Electronics. I’ve only sold Minmatar and Caldari drugs so I’m not certain on the gallente drug markets but at least on the equivalent drugs for other empires the IV’s aside from electronics range from 100-300m a pop and the fact that OP got none is cursed and also destroys the value
Well fuck me. I was very excited to get any pyro IV let along 11 of them, and I thought the average loyalty token drop was like 800 so getting 970 seemed exceedingly lucky to me. But here you are, telling me I've been exceedingly unlucky xD.
Didn't even look at the federation drugs tbh, I just assume all event drugs are useless crate padding lol.
Oh, if you got 11 you did quite well. I assumed the stack of 5 was your Pyro IV
The faction drugs are all quite good and useful, I’d say that you should spend all day eating your I’s and II’s though since they’ve lost a lot of value

If you want to see a real out-of-context thing about eve drugs sort by top>all time on this sub, one of the more famous moments where the subreddit hit r/all.
You’re definitely more likely to see returns in the aggregate compared to min-rolling on tokens and then getting like, a couple of tier I faction drugs and an overclocker. Which it sounds like is pretty close to what you got. Also if you sold to buy orders for everything you would’ve gotten hazed, the best Buy orders I’ve seen are like 25% of the selling rate for them. If you’re interested I’d probably be interested in buying any cores you have in bulk units of 10 for 150 mil/set, which admittedly is lower than market but also instant, so shoot me a DM if you’re interested in that and we can set something up

What ? Where do you c 142b ? Estimate says 12b and maybe the skins are overpriced or did i Miss Something ? Also in what time frame you collect Them ?
He means that the purchase price is 142b, not the loot
Sounds like a terrible way to measure. Purchase price of the nodes is gong to be a lot more skewed than the loot.

Surely not. Assuming 20M/core: `71 crates = 710 cores = 710*20M = 14.2B` at most. Last I checked the price for cores was closer to 16M than twenty so if the estimated price checks out he didn't really lose much if anything.
Well 200 of the cores I built after Caldari finished their Stellar Transmuter research which dropped the build cost on Stellar Transmuter cores to about 9m/core for a couple days around the 29'th. So at least on those cores I broke even, or probably profited, because you get on average 90m from loyalty tokens alone then add the boosters.

nice
Hope you had fun getting all that and enjoy spending the isk you made mayne
How much time did you spend while getting that?
I've done a descent number of sites I guess, but also I bought 460 of the blueprints+material cus I want to see Gallente at least finish the Stellar Transmuter tech. I'm hoping they incorporate that into the continuation of the storyline somehow.
I've been churning out 200+ cores a day for Gallente for the duration of the event... nice to see that steady line! I'm happy to see we will likely get the Transmuter research completed, so there will definitely not be an epic fail this time.

NADSC, a pro-fed RP lite corp has been working on the shadow war sites since its beginning, an according to last week tally, we raised close to 9bill isk for corp coffers, excluding cost of of the PI and other materials needed for the cores (much of it done inhouse).
So yeah, this event is great for group income and can be done very efficinetly if you run the sites as a fleet of 3 (4 at most according to our own experience).
You also earn some nominal isk with the NPC bounties.
But perhaps what I feel is the most important aspect of this campaign, all factions are racing towards advancing a storyline, and creating new content for the game, both for those who farm the sites and for those who hunt the ones farming. Im looking forward to the next gallente stage when we unlock the 3rd phase and have to visit pochven sites.
Where are the sites for this event. Is it over already?
I mean the campaign has been going for over a month at this point so idk about "already".
Not sure if the stellar transmuter sites in amarr and minmatar space are still spawning since all the empires are finished with that tech now. The transit hub sites should still be spawning in the caldari fw zone but there is probably a lot of competition for those sites since amarr minmatar and gallente all need them still.
I went roaming for 3hrs in galente space. I couldn't find one site. 3hr of pain.
OP what ship are you using to run these sites?
