Bleeding after orgasm, on Depo PILL (not the shot), is this normal?

So, I went to the doctor to see why I’ve been having prolonged bleeding (I was bleeding for a month when the appointment came. Doc gave me depo to try to stop it. It slowed down to spotting.

I decided to get a little frisky with myself, and orgasmed. Now I’m bleeding like I was before I started depo. Is this normal, or should I wait a few hours to see if it slows back down to spotting.

something I should add is the bleeding picks up a bit from spotting to a light bleed when it’s almost time for me to take the next dose, so maybe that could add some insight to respond
