Prime Gaming Lil' XT Pet

Making a post here before I try to brave contacting a GM

I happen to have Prime Gaming so said screw it and claimed the free Lil' XT, because why not right?

Thing is, I had already bought it from the Blizz shop way back in probably MoP so I've already had one all this time. When I logged in today to claim the Prime pet I only had one Lil' XT. My assumption was that I'd be receiving a second one.

Now, I'll be honest, I'm pretty checked out when it comes to battle pets and since I already had one in my collection its no great loss, but I do feel kind of ripped off, and I can't help thinking what if this happens with Prime content I actually want?

Anyone know a fix for this?
