Soviet-Afgan War equipment - Poyas-A - Modern

Hello everyone, I have been slowly collecting Soviet-Afgan War items for a few years now and I'm somewhat close to finishing a complete gear. I would like to ask if anyone knows where I could find a Poyas-A chest rig replica, historical accuracy is not 100% required (as I will be using it for airsoft).
I am located in Europe and have checked serval surplus stores and nothing, Grey Shop seems to have them out of stock.
I saw that quite a few vendors on places such as Ali Express and Etsy or Ebay have them, they look pretty alright however I am rather skeptical of their authenticity as they are all based in China and they all have the exact same pictures.

Thank you in advance and have a great day!
