Next size up
I'm doing this project and using a half inch v shape router bit..but the lines are so thin, what would be the next size up, or is that as big as it gets? I have the Diablo bit from big orange

Pics would be helpful so we could visualize the issue

The deeper you cut, the wider the lines. You may be able to get a 3/4" v bit from Whiteside or MCLS, but you'll have the same issue. Just using the tip will result in thin lines.

What angle is the V? How deep are you going?
90, and I'm not going too deep, but it's more the width I want
1/2" bit will give a 1/2" line at 1/2" deep.
