Wedding bands

Where can I find wedding bands? Other than knowing some by names on Facebook and a search for wedding bands that's it. Also no one shows their availability so I message and inevitably find they are busy. Any tips welcome and appreciated! Also if you are a wedding band please reach out with a sample/promotional vid etc.
