Hello, little flower! A nice little surprise I found in this bunch of Bok Choy.

You can really see that broccoli and cabbage are the same species of plant.

I was getting this Bok Choy ready for dinner and found a little surprise! We tossed the flowers and buds into the salad too. Delicious Chinese (Left Over Pork Tenderloin instead of Chicken) Salad.
