Anyone else feel like technologically, 2023 is basically the same as 2013?

Discussion

I keep seeing people saying that there's been "soooo much changeeee" in the last 10 years, but has there been? Because the only new changes I can think of apart from stuff like electric cars getting better, computers etc getting better, is 1 new mrna vaccine (the covid vaccine) and a few primitive simple gene therapies. That's.... literally it. Take away those and what changed?

And you can't even point to those 2 either, because mrna vaccines and gene therapies were being worked on for decades, so they weren't even a new thing or anything.
