Advice on 3 y/o female shep named Molly. Having some pain. Vet appt made.

Hey all.

I have a 3 year old German shep named Molly. Super active and on a good diet. As well as she takes daily supplements to help her joints. Not fixed yet but appointment is made.

Yesterday she came back inside after running with her brother and she’s having some pain when it comes to getting on the couch, or up on the bed. Sometimes she has it sometimes not. Going up the steps or jumping on the bed she will yelp a bit. The wife and I gave her a run through and she didn’t yelp anywhere we touched or pressed and no visible injury. She’s not favoring any leg and she’s running as normal.

We have a vet appointment made they told us to monitor in the meantime.

I was just curious if anybody had an idea if maybe she pulled a muscle or something else and if there is anyway I can help her in the meantime.

Besides the yelping when going up everything seems as normal. She had some trouble pooping today as well.
