Can anyone make me a mod in my mom’s likeness?

Quick note: this is a changed up of a question I asked earlier. Wanted to give more details and to reach the PC community!

Hello! My mom has recently become quite mentally ill. I wanted a good way to honor her, and I thought my favorite game would be the right way to do that.

My mom’s name is Chassitty Hight, and she is a 38 year old female. She has always been the one to do everything. She is super caring, and never misses an opportunity to donate clothes to homeless shelters and homeless people on the street.

For the last year or so she had been hiding her mental illness well. Unfortunately we feel as that made it so much worse. She woke up one morning and was almost a child. Couldn’t make decisions, couldn’t really speak either.

If anyone is willing to help me make a custom follower that would be awesome. I don’t want any custom voiced stuff, just a follower designed around my mother. I really don’t want to put her picture in public, so if you are interested in helping please do DM me. If you know how to make custom assets and stuff that’s even better.

(I actually play on Xbox (that’s why I originally used the Xbox flair), but I know someone who would be willing to port it to Xbox. You can own all the assets and post it to nexus if you’d like but, I do ask that you put a public statement on the mod page that states that it’s allowed to be ported to Xbox)
