New player looking into Diablo 4, how is the economy/trading?

Hello!

I've never played a Diablo game, but I've always been interested. I've played plenty of Path of Exile however, which was why I never got into Diablo 3. I love the gameplay of it, but I absolutely hated every part of trading in that game, and it was basically mandatory to get into if you don't have the time to grind and loot/identify each piece of gear yourself. Is the trading in Diablo 4 similar to PoE, or anywhere near as important for someone who can't dedicate a significant amount of time per day to the game?
