I am building a Smartsheet system for a company heavily invested in the tool. The goal is to have individual sheets for each project or campaign with one joint calendar for all deadline dates. Is this possible? We have the calendar app add-on but even then pulling from multiple sheets and folders for one calendar is proving to be a puzzle. Any advice?

I do this by pulling milestones from all project sheets into a report and then building a Calendar App view on just that report. You can decide what's a deadline date with a dropdown but we do it by 'Duration = 0'.

I make often apps involving calendars, timelines and gantt-charts but with regular code.
If it's not doable let's connect and see if a small custom web app would work .
Did not try but it should be possible to use the REST API to get the data from each sheet.

If you’re using control center, there’s a setting there to add sheets into a report automatically. Or if all the projects are in the same workspace, you can create a giant report.
I would Data Mesh all the various sheets you're using into one giant one, format it the way you want, then Calendar app off of the single meshed sheet.
