What am I missing for a 3 star rating?

Hello, So I've been trying to get the 3 star rating for some time, and i don't know what to do now. Currently i have: Museum and Tailor build. 9 villagers. 19 placed fence. Around 23 furniture placed outside (mostly bought). 2 bridges and one incline (currently waiting for my wallet). I didn't plant many flowers or trees (only trees i planted are 5 pear trees, 2 coconut trees and a handful of money trees) and i didn't touch really weeds. What am I missing here? Edit: Isabelle is telling me to add more bridges/inclines, or more furniture.
