I don’t believe in ghosts or the paranormal but this was really odd…

As I said, I don’t believe in ghosts, I don’t really subscribe to the paranormal, I believe in God and an afterlife, but other than that, paranormal stuff just isn’t for me. However—yesterday when I was at work I was seeing people when they weren’t actually there. I have worked at the same place for 20 years and I have never experienced this before. I have had people tell me for years that that particular section is haunted, and I was always an asshole about it. Even suggesting that they get drug tested at times because they were “hallucinating” at work. It’s a big large open area, there was absolutely no one around, I was working all alone, yet over and over and over again, I would see someone walking toward me, walking away from me, I would see a person standing about 15-20 yards away from me and then when I turned to see who it was there was no one there. It’s absolutely bizarre. It didn’t happen in any other area that I worked yesterday. It hasn’t happened at home, or while driving, I went to the store after work and it didn’t happen there… it’s really crazy. And it happened so many times that it’s hard for me to just brush it off. There was clearly someone walking toward me, away from me, standing near me, and then when I would try to get a better look—nothing. And again, I’ve worked the same place for 20 years and yesterday was the first time it’s ever happened. Super odd. I still don’t necessarily believe in ghosts, but I know that I wasn’t just seeing things. I have had weird things happen in the past, maybe even weirder than this, but… This one really has me perplexed.
