[TOMT][MOVIE] A scene where a male character tries to turn away from something but a female character makes him face the music.

This comes from my mom, so I apologize for vagueness:

It came about because of chat on the Kraken fan club last night when the team was doing so bad. People were disparaging fans who wanted to turn the game off and I thought of a scene in a film where the female hero grabbed the male hero at the end and said you're going to stand here and take this with me

I remember it was a modern film not one set in historic time and it was a comedy or farce and at first I thought it might have been Galaxy Quest but I looked at famous quotes from the film and could not find it

But I do remember it was somebody like sigourney Weaver and somebody like TimAllen or Harrison Ford it was at the end of the film when a bunch of disasters and funny things that happened and they were very bedraggled and they were facing the music either with somebody famous or a crowd and they thought they were going to get reprimanded and he turned away and said I just can't take this and was about to leave and she grabbed him and turned him around and said oh no you're going to stand here and take this with me. And then it ended up that they got accolades and that was the funny part

Knowing my mom, I’d say this for sure is a movie and not a tv show. As for the timeframe I mean, could be anywhere from maybe the 60’s onward, but I would guess most likely 90’s onward. It definitely rings a bell for me but there’s just not enough to go off of for me to do a search. So I’m hoping someone here is like, “Oh that could be X!”
