Work to live. It's rarely a source of happiness.

Find something you are passionate about and make it into your own business. People do it all the time with refurbishing furniture, creating wood art/signs, selling art/photographs, or even freelancing doing things that most people don't want to do on their own.

No matter how good or bad the job, I find it's my colleagues that make or break the work experience. Have you had a string of bad luck in who you work with?

I can't stand this. I try every job and so far I cannot be happy. I feel like work provides me zero happiness or I am clinically depressed after a hard day of work. Like groundhog day. I have two boys and a wife and need to
Provide. I've tried everything except go back to college. Welder, mechanic, lawncare, irrigation, military, etc.

I hate every job I've had.
