Interfolio Submission Time

Hi! I’m currently gathering LORs from my professors and was thinking of using Interfolio. I understand that the letters, once received, can be uploaded to my AADSAS portal to be sent to the schools. Does anyone know how long Interfolio usually takes from receiving the LOR from professors to verifying and sending it to AADSAS? Does it also take time for AADSAS to verify LOR? Mainly curious because I hope to apply as early as I can, but I’ve currently set LOR deadlines as June 1st.

Also from what I’ve seen on Reddit, a lot of people recommended Interfolio, but I would love to hear more about your experience with Interfolio. Did you use it and find it helpful? Did anyone not decide to use it & instead had professors upload straight to AADSAS, if so why? Thanks in advance!
