reddit.comYeah, it's ridiculous, I beat all the other fights in like 5 seconds and these guys just have full health most of the fight.

Looks like it might have something to do with what we develop on the workbench.

Exactly. Not sure if the bonus stats also count for the boss fight but they def count for this mode and the first upgrade alone makes a huge difference if you look at the stats. Just make sure to boost up the right classes to increase your dmg output first.

I worked on upgrading mine and got past this point easy! That's AFTER I was stuck on this for hours.

Wait until you get to the next area. There’s a Viper there that 1-shots 2 of your fighters on her first attack. The way to do this quest is either be a mega whale or wait for the workbench stuff to be done

Or just interrupt with beast zangief and use guile.

Yea Im stuck there as well as with one of the fights off the beaten path on the lower area. Its weird too as my team is like 200k over them but its like "Nah, take the L anyway". Heck I even built a full wind team to have type advantage over them as they're all thunder but NOPE still get destroyed.

Hmmm yea this fight was the first one that gave me trouble but I ended up being able to push through.
However the one at the very top before the only gate you can go through is crazy hard. There's a Viper that just one shots your back line

Try these main 4 and use BZang C2 time it right and you should be able to interrupt there combo and just keep spamming. I was able to beat it that way. I recommend using viper in assist for either Bison or FBlanka

EDIT: was happy I passed that team, then I realised the teams I have to face on the top of the stage. I was much happier when I was stuck on the stage in the original post

So I upped my Module 2?(basically the attack one as my Viper is an attack unit) to level 5 and I can do more damage but I still die. When the next commission is done I may up my Balance module to 5 as well so she and BZang can do more damage(and if I have enough cogs left over I'll bump attack module to 6 or higher so again Viper can do more damage). I'll have to figure out what other units I can bring that are balance or attack or just wait longer to boost support so my ELena can also do more work as well.

You can change the modules to go all attack and fire. Click on one of the modules and click change and there’s a bunch of other options.

I dunno where you get fire at unless its a higher star ranking as I only have 9 stars. I still cant beat that guile 'boss' on the second to last tier of area 1. Gonna have to wait and buff up my modules more. I have Support, balance and Attack at level 5 atleast.

So update, yea there will be a couple of hard fights, but you can used the gears to upgrade your teams power (think like Shadaloo)

Its possible but yeah it is hard. It gets easier as you level your perks. They'll give you most of your attack stats to complete this.

I got to these types of fights a few moments ago and it's pretty fucking infuriating. Somebody else mentioned the workbench, which of course is either going to involve a lot of time spent or a lot of money sunk, the latter of which seems to be par for the course for this fucking cash vacuum of a game.

Elena heals are op with ai. Due to much hp boosts from levels and power. She is real boss of the later stages. Heal block is needed. I guess Adon is the guy.

Upgrade the workbench, couple of upgrades and I’m a good 10 fights on from this. Hit a wall now need to wait for workbench again tomorrow.

Well I finally got past the Combat Guile roadblock but Im on the top level and struggling against a couple of the fights. They just SHRED me like no tomorrow. I even use type advantage and the game's like "oh how cute you think you have an advantage? LOL NOPE GET WRECK'D!!!" Wish I could use friend/mercenary units to cheese it but I think they disable it.... If only to make you wait so you can power up your workbench(or pay to power it up so you can brute force the stuff ASAP)

I’m in the same boat. It’s either way overpowered or you have to build those perks. Which sucks hard cause I’ve got a great team and watching the computer heal off what damage I do is super infuriating.
Yeah I saw her heal like 9mil or some off the wall shit lmao. I'm almost wondering if it's a bug. Everything else was a cakewalk till that
