Does anyone else see coincidences? Delusions?

I know it’s probably all delusions but sometimes the coincidences really bother me.

For exemple, during a manic episodes caused by stressful event (miscarriage) I prayed that everything would be ok and then I got out of bed and the time was 2:22, which was the due date of the baby.

It caused my first psychotic episode, but then I watch shows or tik toks and see others talking about signs and that such things aren’t just “coincidences”.

Obviously I try to be rational but a part of me is like what are the odds ?
