Does Vengeant Blast (Sith Trooper) stack if the ally comes back?

For example, Sion’s ability to revive would trigger the ability but I’m wondering if the blast becomes stronger each time Sion comes back. Another example is the Traya and Talon pair where Traya revives once assuming Talon is still alive.

Just looking to get better 3v3 combos because I think Traya, Talon, Sith Trooper could work but Savage, Sion, and Sith Trooper might be way better
