Flying with airfrance from Paris to Tokyo I'll need wifi for 3 people

I see that airfrance has various wifi subscriptions.

1. A pass surf : good enough for emailing, etc. Cost 18 euros
2. A pass stream : better bandwith to watch movies etc . Cost 30 euros

My needs :

1. collaborative work including calls with teams app, jira, gather etc
2. i want to buy one subscription, connect to their portal with my mobile (i have a vpn running on my mobile) then share the wifi connection from my mobile to laptops, including mine and fellow friends if that makes sense.

What are your recommandations ?
