Best e-bike under 2000$ you can get in EU

Hi guys!

Just got my Engwe Engine Pro stolen a few hours ago and need to look for a new one already. What are the best e-bikes I can get under 2000 within the EU? Mainly looking for 750w or more, the ability to unlock the speed limit, and not a crap quality like Engwe was.

Thanks for your help in advance!
